Hotel facilities and premises, the hotel's overall condition. fabulous breakfast, Big and cosy rooms. Quality of room service and amenities. High concierge service quality and friendly staffs. The General manager's physical presence in the hotel premises was obvious. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in this area with an ideal 15-minute car journey to KLCC and KL downtown. All in all Sunway Putra hotel is a Highly affordable and comfortable 5-star hotel.
My experience shows that there is something fundamentally wrong with Hotel Front Office Operations and Front Office associates' deeds should be re-evaluated substantially by the General Manager Mr. Monks. Reception staff attitude I recommend this book for the Front Office Manager and clerks. -Principles of Hotel Front Office Operations By: Sue Baker, Pam Bradley, Jeremy Huyton Minor: Part-time waiters (in breakfast parlour) not well organised and trained.

The charges are fair. The room is really big and spacious. Other than when staying in a suite, this is probably the largest hotel room I ve stayed in at this price.
Driving up 7 stories to reach parking lots.

All the staff are so polite, and are always delighted to greet you . The food in restaurant is great! Our room was spacious and well equipped and serviced to a high standard.
-
breakfast was really good, staff helped us in doing our daily tour in KL, service was good
we did not face anything negative to be mentioned
-
Excellent room service Very helpful staff, very keen to help on any queues whatsoever.
Breakfast should have been included in the room fare

The hotel was superb and staff couldnt do enough for you... (Too much for me to be honest, I wanted to carry my own bag!!) but upon arrival I was given an upgrade to one of their best rooms overlooking kl tower and the Petronas towers!! The room was enormous and the facilities were great - I used all of them! Transport to the Centre of the City was easy as the monorail was right next door to the hotel and a large shopping mall was next door in the other direction. (I would come back to this hotel next time I visit kl)

The staff were friendly
When we checked in; we were told that we got an upgrade to a "bigger/better room" however the room that we got had nothing to do with the pictures advertised on Booked.net. The furnature was old and stained, the sink and shower drains were really clogged, which was absolutely dosgusting!! I would not go there again, as we got tricked.

I liked their lower price for a five stars hotel compared to others
Facilities, location and room are all poor. I would never stay in this hotel again. After one night I moved to Intercontinental by klcc, an excellent alternative. The hotel facilities are poor. Practically no lobby to speak of. The lobby is on the ninth floor and it is dim and depressing. The hotel is designed for business people and not for couples on vacation.

Overall was alright
If hotel can prepare umbrellas to rent when raining will be better. Highway jam when coming back from Tesco... A lot of taxis do not wish to bring us back to hotel at all. Thank God there was one kind uncle helped us fetch taxi as its raining.
